Our guidelines ensure a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all residents
Gate is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Late entry (after 11 PM) must be pre-approved by management at least 1 hour in advance.
Residents arriving after 11 PM must inform the caretaker in advance via WhatsApp. Habitual late entry without notice may result in a warning.
All residents must register their biometric on Day 1 of check-in. Do not share your access credentials with any third party.
Guests are welcome in common areas only between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Guests must register at the front desk on arrival. No guests are allowed in rooms without prior permission.
Overnight guest stays are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of stay.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep music, TV, and conversations at a considerate volume at all times. Use earphones in shared areas.
Smoking, alcohol, and any controlled substances are strictly prohibited within all MetroStay premises. Violation will result in immediate eviction.
Residents are expected to maintain personal hygiene and keep their rooms and common areas clean. Housekeeping will visit daily but residents must cooperate.
Any damage to MetroStay property (furniture, fittings, appliances) will be charged to the responsible resident at actual cost.
Rent is due on or before the 5th of every month. A late fee may be applied after the 10th of the month.
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), or cash at the front desk. Always collect a receipt.
A minimum 30-day notice is required before vacating. Security deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after inspection.
Do not tamper with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, or emergency exits. In case of fire, follow evacuation instructions displayed in your floor corridor.
Do not use personal cooking appliances (induction cooker, iron) in rooms. Use designated areas only. Report any faulty electrical fittings immediately.
